• Operate reach stackers to move, stack, and unstack containers and heavy loads.
  • Conduct daily inspections and safety checks on equipment.
  • Follow safety protocols and procedures to prevent accidents.
  • Ensure proper stacking and storage of cargo and containers.
  • Collaborate with team members to coordinate activities.
  • Maintain accurate records of operations and equipment use.
  • Report mechanical issues or damages promptly.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Proven experience operating reach stackers or similar heavy machinery.
  • Valid certification/license for operating heavy equipment (e.g., reach stacker certification).
  • Knowledge of load capacities and safety standards.
  • Strong attention to detail and safety awareness.
  • Good physical condition with the ability to work in various weather conditions.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to follow instructions and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Certifications Required:

  • Valid reach stacker operator certification.
  • Heavy machinery operator license (if applicable in your region).
  • Safety training certificates (First Aid, AWP, Confined Space, Whimis, TDG).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • HEO (Heavy Equipment Operator) certification.
  • Certification in telehandler operation.
  • Forklift operation certification.
  • Prior experience in logistics, warehousing, or port operations.
  • Familiarity with warehouse management systems.
