Obsidian Camps & Logistics Services Inc. was created to provide a full range of industrial services for the mineral exploration, mining, forestry, energy and oil and gas sectors, including workforce accommodations, camp management, equipment, communication, and expediting fuel supply services.

Camp Services
Obsidian Camps & Logistics Services Inc. specializes in installing and servicing custom mobile or permanent camps that range in size from small exploration camps of 10 persons to large camps of 500 – 1000 persons. We offer soft walled Weatherhaven and canvas style camps, as well as hard wall camps and portable fly units, depending on the needs of our clients. Camp services will be tailored to the client’s needs using customized mobile or permanent camps and staffed by qualified personnel.

Camp Management
Obsidian Camps & Logistics Services Inc. managers and logistics staff are experts in dealing with projects of all sizes and in all conditions from the ground-up. All camp managers are COR Safety, PAL (firearm possession & acquisition), First Aid/CPR, TDG, and WHMIS certified and are also trained in various trades such as electrical, plumbing, mechanical and carpentry.
Custom catering and janitorial solutions
We provide custom catering and janitorial solutions to ensure fresh, healthy meals and a clean, well-functioning workplace. Camp cooks are also trained in first aid, thereby serving dual roles and reducing costs.
Communication
We provide solid, dependable communication support for projects from handheld and mobile radios to deployment and use of voice-over IP (VOIP), supporting computer services and online connectivity.
Equipment
We provide a full inventory of equipment, including but not limited to: boats, motors, trucks, trailers, snow machines, ATV’s and UTV’s.

Logistics
Logistics services will be tailored to client needs incorporating methodologies, such as, using professional purchasers, shippers and receivers with the interest of achieving efficiencies throughout the process.
Expediting
We ensure the timely and efficient preparation and delivery of food, equipment, fuel supplies and people.
Fuel supplies and hauling
We acquire and position fuel for projects. Through our established relationships with fuel suppliers, preferred rates, and built-in transportation efficiencies, Obsidian Camps & Logistics Services can save clients hundreds of thousands of dollars in annual fuel costs and handle everything from purchasing to placement in any location.
Crew Changes
We manage and coordinate crew changes and make travel plans for individuals and company executives.

Allen Edzerza
Chief Executive Officer
Allen is committed to enhancing the quality of life for Aboriginal people through the creation of new business opportunities and development of skills and capacity in the community. In addition to supporting Aboriginal business development, Allen is known for his leadership in protecting and advancing Indigenous title and rights as well as speaking out on the protection of wild pacific salmon stocks. Allen has been a senior member for leading negotiations on First Nations’ behalf for the past 30 years.
Allen worked with his family in 2006 to establish Bear Dog Trust and Bear Dog group of companies with Bear Dog Aviation and Stikine Alliance Security Services Inc. Allen also established Cheona Metals to demonstrate that mining exploration and staking can be done in a manner consistent with the United Nations Declaration on the Rights of Indigenous People. Cheona Metals partnered with Resolve to develop the initiative known as “Salmon Gold” with Apple and Tiffany’s as partners in this venture.

Martin Knutson
Martin has provided camps and logistic services to the mining industry across Canada for many years. As a successful businessman, he is looking forward to working with Allen and Alano in a mentorship role and as a business partner.
Martin has a deep interest in protecting the environment and is excited to work with his Tahltan partners to ensure this business venture respects the environment while doing business on the land. Martin also enjoys fishing and has a property in the Hazelton area with a wild pacific salmon stock spawning habitat that could support a hatchery initiative.
